小弟中壢夜市大學工工學碩畢 役畢，無工作經驗之社會新鮮人 三月開始投履歷，面試至今約20多個職缺後有幸得到這幾個offer 公司 六和機械 欣興電子 京元電子 聯華電子 地點 桃園中壢 新竹新豐 苗栗竹南 新竹竹科 職缺 開發管理工程師 品保工程師 生管工程師 製造課長 薪資 試用N-9K N N-4 N+3 + 夜班津貼 轉正N-6K(？) 保14(?) 保14 + 分紅 保14 + 季獎 + 分紅 保12 + 分紅 工時 常日 8hrs up 常日12hrs up 常日12hrs up 夜班14hrs up 責任制 做二休二 住宿 租屋 租屋 租屋 租屋 租屋補助2/3 上限為4K 1.六和機械基本上新人試用期3個月，能不能如期轉正看表現而定，轉正後月薪會多少 也是視表現而定。 2.欣興和京元在版上的評價普遍不優，因此很猶豫。 3.UMC僅獲得主管來電的口頭offer，人資說流程要跑一兩週，有點擔心會被晃點。 基本上這四個offer職缺與工作內容皆不相同，公司評價也各有優缺，這幾天必須做出 決定，因此想來此問諸位前輩們，就公司工作氛圍與未來職涯發展等為考量，給小弟一 點建議。 在此先感謝諸位前輩了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.161.35.67 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1429103421.A.C34.html
