標題[請益] 關於研替3年內被fire問題

各位版上的大大好 小魯我因科技版提供了我們很多業界相關消息，像是徵才 面試心得 各個公司的近期狀況等等的收益良多。 小魯也於今年畢業後會致簽約的公司服研發替代役 但是有一個問題想問問大家的經驗 如果研替工作三年，工作一段時間後主管覺得你不適應、適任 或是有發生什麼重要的事故(可能工作粗心大意害project嚴重delay、 影響其他部門上出技術 或是公司虧損等等的) 但是因為是研替三年所以保證你不會被主管fire這樣嗎? 是否有學長姊身邊同事有這些經驗? ======================================================= 可能會有人回 當出面事就篩選掉了 或是什麼 這不是研替版請去RDSS版問此問題 等等的...... 小弟只是想虛心請教各位學長姊的意見 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 106.1.232.69 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1429111549.A.19B.html
