三創生活園區 13日開放媒體導覽

（中央社記者羅秀文台北2015年5月11日電）耗時近4年興建的「三創生活園區」將在本周五(15日)上午開幕，13日下午將安排媒體導覽，搶先曝光園區的設施及各樓層內容。

「三創生活園區」位於台北市市民大道3段與新生高架橋下方金山北路交界，緊鄰光華數位新天地，由台北市政府和鴻海集團旗下通路事業三創數位公司共同合作開發，採BOT方式投資興建及營運。

鴻海集團2010年6月28日與台北市政府簽約，2011年中動土。採綠建築標準，興建一棟地下6層、地上12層樓的建築體，總樓地板面積近2萬坪，預計創造1.5萬個就業機會。

三創晚間表示，13日下午將由公司高層為媒體導覽，搶先曝光，開幕典禮則在15日上午舉行。
