美股開盤走高英特爾砸重金買亞爾特拉

（中央社紐約2015年6月1日綜合外電報導）美股今天開盤走高，全球半導體龍頭英特爾（Intel）以167億美元收購可程式邏輯晶片製造商亞爾特拉公司（Altera）。

開盤5分鐘後，道瓊工業指數漲0.37%，報18077.34點。

那斯達克綜合指數漲0.37%，報5088.69點。

標準普爾500指數漲0.25%，報2112.71點。

彭博報導，全球最大晶片製造商英特爾今天在聲明中表示，將支付每股54美元股票和現金收購亞爾特拉。這個價格是亞爾特拉5月29日收盤水準溢價11%，也比3月26日這項交易協商首度被報導的前1天股價高出56%。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
