1. 簽不簽跟勞基法沒什麼關係 原則上該員真的爛 還不到爛到不行 公司內部會有 "學習預警制度" 告訴你 快不行了 要你改進 通常是兩次考績不行 才會資遣 第一次進輔導 輔導達標就不算 2. 原則上公司要資遣 符合勞基法 該給的錢都有給 該預告的有預告 公司站得住腳的 該員真的不適任 有沒有簽都沒差 私心認為連簽都不簽 如果是我 這個只能資遣了 連輔導都不讓人輔導 那來工作幹嘛? ※ 引述《honeyhoneyme (這城市,這少女)》之銘言： : 代po : 朋友的上司今天給他這張單子要他簽，朋友完全不想簽，簽了代表跟離職差一步了 : 所以想請問版友請問這張單子在法律上是有效力的嗎？如果不簽的話主管還可以用預告資 : 遣的方式讓我朋友走嗎？先不管情的問題，就理來說，這張單子如果員工不簽可行嗎？感 : 謝回答 : http://i.imgur.com/DWbpHsU.jpg
