美股開盤走高

（法新社紐約1日電）美股今天開盤走高，全球半導體龍頭英特爾（Intel）以167億美元收購可程式邏輯晶片製造商亞爾特拉公司（Altera）。

開盤5分鐘後，道瓊工業指數漲0.37%，報18077.34點。

那斯達克綜合指數漲0.37%，報5088.69點。

標準普爾500指數漲0.25%，報2112.71點。
