高盛：印度兩個月內停漲柴油

（中央社記者何宏儒新德里2014年8月19日專電）高盛集團預估，印度巿場柴油價格自去年1月起18度調漲後，已接近售油成本。若國際油價維持在目前每桶約100美元的水準，則調漲柴油價格的措施將在未來兩個月內告終。

印度政府在2013年1月同意，油品業者可每月調漲柴油價格每公升0.4到0.5盧比，以彌平虧損。截至目前，柴油價格已調漲18次，每公升累計漲11.24盧比。

油品業者截至16日，因低於成本銷售柴油、煤油和家用瓦斯，每天總計虧損約23億盧比（約新台幣11億3750萬元）。

伊拉克情勢紓緩、利比亞產油增加，使國際油價目前來到每桶100美元的水準，接近14個月低點。

「印亞新聞社」（Indo-Asian News Service）今天引述高盛集團（Goldman Sachs）報告指出，估計9月柴油價格再度調漲後，油品業者銷售柴油的虧損將縮小為每公升0.3盧比。

報告說，若國際油價維持在目前每桶約100美元的價位，則「未來兩個月內柴油調漲的周期將會結束，柴油將來到巿場價格」。
