中美晶連2個月降昱晶創半年高

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年12月8日電）太陽能電池廠昱晶 (3514) 及矽晶圓廠中美晶 (5483) 11月業績表現不同調；昱晶11月業績創半年來新高，中美晶則連續2個月業績滑落。

昱晶11月在年底需求強勁帶動下，合併營收跳升至新台幣15.2億元，月增68.3%，創6個月來新高。

中美晶11月半導體晶圓出貨依然暢旺，業績維持在13億餘元高檔。

只是太陽能晶圓業績下滑影響，中美晶整體11月合併營收滑落至23.83億元，月減2.74%，為近3個月新低。
