歐洲央行啟動購債計畫歐元再創新低

（法新社倫敦9日電）隨著歐洲中央銀行啟動激進的1.1兆歐元（1.2兆美元）購債計畫，也就是所謂的量化寬鬆行動，歐元兌美元今天貶至11年半新低。

此外，歐元匯價也受到希臘疑慮影響，雅典當局即將向歐盟提出改革計畫，確保金援。

亞洲盤，歐元兌美元貶至1歐元兌1.0823美元，改寫2003年9月以來低點。在樂觀的美國就業數據升高美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）升息預期下，歐元6日觸及類似低點。

稍晚的倫敦匯市，歐元稍微反彈來到1.0876美元，較6日紐約盤的1.0842美元攀升。
