台鐵雙向通車影響8900人

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北2015年3月21日電）台鐵一列電聯車今晨在宜蘭頭城站內擠壞轉轍器出軌，上午11時40分恢復雙線通車，台鐵統計，影響37列、約8900人，平均延誤21分。

台灣鐵路管理局表示，4107次蘇澳開往樹林的電聯車上午6時56分在頭城站調車轉線時發生出軌事故，龜山到礁溪間一度單線通車，經搶修，11時5分復軌，於11時40分恢復雙線通車。

台鐵統計，共影響37列、約8900人，平均延誤21分鐘，延誤車次中，551列次莒光號延誤48分鐘，達到台鐵退費補償標準，車上約有400名乘客。
