（中央社記者林琳柏林21日專電）自從2013年德國全面開放長程巴士營運，德國鐵路公司被搶走不少客源。德鐵決定增加德國境內城市間客運路線，並且提升顧客優惠，希望能多爭取5000萬人次的旅客。

德鐵的資料顯示，2014年營運收入較前1年減少了1.3%，只有約40億歐元，主要原因就是連結全德各大城市的長程巴士票價比鐵路便宜得多，搶走不少客源。

為鼓勵更多旅客搭乘，德國鐵路公司（Deutsche Bahn）將提升對經常搭乘的旅客的優惠。德鐵在1992年就針對經常搭火車的旅客推出鐵路折扣卡（BahnCard）。旅客每年繳有限的費用就可以在購票時有減價25%或是50%的折扣。折扣卡適用於任何列車。德鐵計劃發行3個月期的鐵路折扣卡。

另外，目前購買火車經濟艙，如果訂位必須加付4.5歐元。德鐵考慮降低訂位的收費。

德鐵也計劃在未來15年投資120億歐元來改善設施，並且提升車廂內的行動通訊，包括增加在經濟艙的無線上網設施。1040321
