（中央社記者張榮祥台南7日電）台南市一家地下工廠被控以工業級漂白粉漂白豆芽菜， 台南地院認定對健康危害輕微，判處負責人8個月徒刑，得易科罰金。 台南地檢署去年2月查獲台南仁德區一家地下工廠以工業級漂白劑漂白豆芽菜，讓豆芽菜 更具賣相，檢方更查扣俗稱「保險粉」的工業級漂白劑。 南檢調查，這家地下工廠自2004年銷售這些漂白的豆芽菜，銷往台南、高雄等地傳統市場 及餐廳，每天生產1800公斤至3600公斤，初估10年銷售逾萬公噸，獲利新台幣9000萬元。 台南地院判決，地下工廠負責人邱爾8個月徒刑，得易科罰金；員工鄭保安5個月，緩刑2 年；藥劑業務員黃祺榮6個月，得易科罰金。 台南地院認為漂白豆芽菜對健康危害較輕微，且衛福部也函稱無法確定保險粉對人體健康 的危害情形。全案可上訴。 http://ppt.cc/X6Ui -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.219.110 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1428408729.A.E83.html
