澳洲死囚提上訴處決可能延緩

（中央社雅加達2015年4月27日綜合外電報導）印尼證實，因毒品走私被判死刑的菲律賓女子將面臨處決。另外，憲法法庭同意考量2名澳洲死刑犯提起的上訴，提高延後處決的希望。

澳洲公民安德魯．陳（Andrew Chan）及蘇庫馬朗（Myuran Sukumaran）的律師阿爾班（Leonard Arpan）對記者說：「有關峇里9人幫（其中2人）案例，我們向憲法法庭提起上訴，已有登記號碼，日期排在5月12日。」

阿爾班說：「我們持續期盼進行中的法律程序將會受到尊重。」

另外，印尼檢察總長告訴路透社，因毒品走私被判死刑的9人當中的菲律賓人，將面臨處決。

菲律賓總統艾奎諾（Benigno Aquino）與佐科威（Joko Widodo）稍早在吉隆坡東南亞國家協會（ASEAN）高峰會會面時，呼籲為維羅索（Mary Jane Veloso）案做「人道考量」。

澳洲政府也多次為被判死刑的兩名澳洲人求情，不過都遭到印尼政府拒絕。
