餐廳名稱：山頭火拉麵(台北復興館) 消費時間：2013年3月 地址：台北市忠孝東路三段300號B2(SOGO復興館B2) 電話：02-2731-7533 營業時間：週日~周四 11:00~21:00 週五~週六 11:00~22:30 每人平均價位：200~300 圖文網誌版 http://hkfh.pixnet.net/blog/post/43083754 寢子和我實在都很討厭一窩蜂的狀況 當初山頭火剛開幕的時侯 排隊的人龍實在超級恐怖的 所以我們兩人完全沒有興趣去嘗嘗 等到終於人潮稍微冷靜我們才想去拜訪 趁著剛開店還沒人的時侯趕快進場 果然沒有排到隊 真開心 不過十幾分鐘後就又開始排隊了.... http://hkfh.pixnet.net/album/photo/271694502 豬頰肉拉麵(大)350 山頭火的湯頭很濃厚 但是並不會油膩到讓我覺得不舒服 我覺得有一點偏鹹 但是可以接受 麵條算偏硬的 我蠻喜歡的 豬頰肉蠻特別的 看起來似乎是瘦肉 可是吃起來卻很有油脂 感覺很特別 我覺得有點偏鹹 配拉麵吃還不錯 我還蠻喜歡這個組合 http://hkfh.pixnet.net/album/photo/271694586 炸雞和辣味噌拉麵的定食 炸雞外表看起來好像有點弱 但是吃起來居然還有油膩的肉汁 這是一種驚喜的技巧嗎 XD 湯看起來好像很猛 其實喝起來不太辣 只有味噌的味道 麵條吃起來也是偏硬的感覺 http://hkfh.pixnet.net/album/photo/271694580 整體來說我覺得山頭火食物的表現蠻不錯的 口味有點偏鹹 只是價位實在不算便宜 而且還要收一成服務費 在現在日式拉麵店如雨後春筍般發展 相比之下cp值實在是不算高啊 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.38.219
