德拉吉掛保證當護身符 債市飆

（中央社台北2014年7月25日電）彭博報導，在歐洲央行總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）作出捍衛歐元區的歷史性承諾2年後，跡象顯示債市投資人在德拉吉的保護下，過於掉以輕心。

德拉吉雖以空前政策行動做後盾，承諾維繫歐元區的完整，但近來價格走勢意味著投資人也對風險無感。

即使在馬來西亞航空客機在烏克蘭遭擊落，以巴衝突升溫，以及葡萄牙聖精集團（Espirito Santo Group）爆發財務危機等各項負面消息影響下，歐洲債務最沈重國家的平均殖利率仍在本週觸及歷史低點。

倫敦ADM Investor Services International Ltd.策略師奧斯特伐特（Marc Ostwald）23日接受訪問時表示，「由於全球充斥龐大金額的流動性，市場完全不設防。每個人把每件事都當成是本土問題。」

債市走勢顯示，德拉吉在2012年7月26日誓言竭盡所能捍衛歐元區，是歐債危機的轉捩點。

在此之前，西班牙10年期債券殖利率飆至歐元區歷史高點7.751%，高於迫使希臘、愛爾蘭和葡萄牙等國尋求國際紓困的7%水準。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
