年中績效獎金 華碩發11億

（中央社記者羅秀文台北25日電）華碩今天召開董事會，提高員工紅利的提撥比例，由純益基礎的5%提升為5.7%，並在今天發放年中績效獎金新台幣11億元，較去年增加逾10%，創下歷年新高。

華碩董事會調整董監酬勞及員工紅利的提撥比例，董監酬勞由純益基礎的1%調降為0.3%，員工紅利由純益基礎的5%提升為5.7%。

同時，華碩提高今年年中績效獎金總額，來到11億元，較去年增加逾10%，高階主管並放棄增加部分，將增加的獎金集中在中基層主管及基層員工，以照顧中基層主管及員工，善盡社會責任。

另外，華碩日前股東會通過每股配發現金股利19.5元，董事會訂8月11日除息，現金股利預計9月3日發放。1030725
