禽畜糞液生質能 雲林推動研發

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣2014年7月25日電）雲林推動禽畜糞液應用，今天舉行研發生質能論壇，提出大型沼氣中心規劃設計，預計今年完成，做為推動綠能產業政策參考。

雲林縣政府上午在雲林科技大學舉辦「雲林縣禽畜糞液生質能應用論壇」，分享雲林推動畜牧綠能利用成果，並為舉辦國際研討暖身。

雲林縣環保局長曾春美說，雲林縣政府和行政院環境保護署規劃大型沼氣示範中心，今年將完成初步規劃設計，做為將來推動畜牧綠色產業升級重要參考。

曾春美表示，雲林推動豬廁所的清潔養豬工作已經3年，奠定畜牧綠能產業基礎，未來將在大型沼氣中心規劃設計下，逐步實現。

環保署水質保護處長許永興指出，禽畜糞液透過厭氧發酵，高溶度廢水可當沼氣生質能資源，糞渣可做堆肥，為畜牧業尋找永續發展契機。

論壇中研討台灣畜牧綠能產業未來發展、國際成功案例、營運模式等，發表沼氣利用與發電經驗、沼氣利用生產模式、國外案例等專題演講，並為舉辦國際研討會暖身。
