合宜宅案 檢起訴趙藤雄葉世文

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2014年7月25日電）北檢偵辦桃園合宜住宅弊案，今天偵結，依貪污等罪起訴遠雄集團創辦人趙藤雄、前桃園縣副縣長葉世文等5人。

除趙藤雄及葉世文外，被起訴被告還包括遠雄公司副總魏春雄、學者蔡仁惠及葉世文女密友陳麗玲。

檢方上午提訊3名在押被告趙藤雄、葉世文及魏春雄，將隨案移送法院，由法院召開接押庭，決定是否續押。

台北地檢署指揮廉政署偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅案，認定前桃園縣副縣長葉世文涉嫌向遠雄集團創辦人趙藤雄索賄新台幣2600萬元；趙藤雄為取得該標案，由公司副總魏春雄聯繫，透過學者蔡仁惠交付前金賄款1600萬元給葉世文。
