陸嚴審土地出讓金 官員睡不著

大陸國家審計署自8月中旬展開全國首次土地財政大審計，金額龐大的土地出讓金是審計重點。不少大陸地方官員近來焦慮到睡不著。

中國大陸華夏時報今天報導，這次土地財政大審計，聚焦土地出讓金收支、土地徵收、儲備、供應等領域，而高達15兆元（新台幣74兆元）的土地出讓金將成為嚴格審查對象。

報導引述一名官員說，「現在在其他系統中，審計工作組把『桌底下的帳』都翻出來了，估計土地審計也不會輕易放過去。」

這名官員說，此次審查如果嚴肅追查起來，不少地方官員會受到影響。

雖然華夏時報直指大陸土地出讓金高達15兆元，不過，根據大陸財政部數據顯示，2013年土地出讓金收入逾3.9兆元，再創歷史新高。(中央社)
