威剛庫藏股執行率64.5%

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年12月19日電）記憶體模組廠威剛 (3260) 庫藏股執行期滿，執行率約64.5%。

威剛原訂10月20日至12月19日買回9000張庫藏股，買回區間價格訂新台幣35.49元至93.08元，買回的庫藏股將轉讓予員工。

威剛庫藏股執行期滿，實際僅買回5801張庫藏股，執行率約64.5%；威剛這次庫藏股平均每股買回價格為51.88元，總金額3億元。

威剛表示，為維護股東權益，並兼顧市場機制，視股價變化及成交量狀況，這次庫藏股才未執行完畢。

威剛11月因個人電腦傳統淡季來臨，通路商嚴控庫存，備貨謹慎，合併營收滑落至新台幣22億元，創今年來次低。

因應市場變化，威剛10月庫存策略已微調，目前庫存已降至相對健康水位。
