北京時間12月19日晚間消息，中國富豪郭廣昌旗下的復興國際集團周五在最后期限之前幾小時上調了對法國度假村運營商地中海俱樂部(club med)的收購價，新的報價為每股24.60歐元，超過了意大利富豪andrea bonomi此前提出的每股24歐元的報價。

新浪財經訊北京時間12月19日晚間消息，中國富豪郭廣昌旗下的復興國際集團周五在最后期限之前幾小時上調了對法國度假村運營商地中海俱樂部(club med)的收購價，新的報價為每股24.60歐元，超過了意大利富豪andrea bonomi此前提出的每股24歐元的報價。

復興國際新的收購報價對地中海俱樂部的估值為9.39億歐元(約合11.5億美元)，這是自2013年5月復興首次提出每股17歐元的收購報價以來地中海俱樂部收到的第八份收購要約。郭廣昌與bonomi圍繞地中海俱樂部展開的爭斗成為法國歷史上持續時間最長的一場競購大戰。
