標題[問題] 中華電信的3G 真的這麼慢嗎？

如題 最近辦了如意hoho卡的學生方案 2300用四個月 然而發現網路頂多跑1m上下 有拿其他間的3g來比較 好像特別慢 請教一下各位是哪裡出問題了？ ----- Sent from JPTT on my Xiaomi HM NOTE 1LTEW. --
