標題[請問] LINE友在我動態蓋圖章卻沒通知?

想請問大家 正常情況下 我在LINE上發出動態文章之後 如果有朋友對我的文章點下圖章或留言 LINE都會有通知 但有唯獨一個朋友在我動態蓋圖章之後 LINE卻都沒通知? (他是目前最後一個點的 但通知卻停在前一個朋友) 但我點進去自己的文章 他是確定有點圖章的 只是LINE都沒有通知 只要是他有點的文章都有遇到這狀況 別人的通知都會傳送 他的就不會 請問 這是什麼原因呢?
