標題[問題] 紅字休假問題

事情是這樣的，公司屬於工廠性質，說紅字要不要休都是看公司決定 紅字那些主要是給公務人員看的，外面的工作是不一樣的 本公司非重大節慶都不休的 像之前除夕也是做到晚上才走，後天的228也說非重大節日以前也是不休的 不過剛好碰到雙週六休息，所以不補假 小弟出社會資歷尚淺 像這樣228不休不補假紅字工作也不加倍是正常的？ 話說這邊還有加班費也沒照勞基法算 加班也要到7點才能報，不然都不算加班 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.244.46.67 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424952795.A.121.html
