浮洲合宜宅 31日開始驗屋

（中央社記者韋樞台北2015年3月24日電）板橋浮洲合宜宅2011年12月12日動土，歷經3年多的興建工程，第一區A2區於下週二(31日)開始驗屋，預計4月15日起開始交屋。

參與興建浮洲合宜宅的日勝生 (2547) 表示，板橋浮洲合宜住宅分成第一、二區2個標案，建築工程區分為A2、A3及A6等3區，全案規劃興建2樓以上4455戶合宜住宅（4009戶出售，446戶出租住宅），1樓376戶（店鋪269戶及辦公室107戶），合計4831戶。

目前全區37棟建築物均已完成建築物結構體工程，第一區A2基地已於104年2月9日取得使用執照，並於3月18日寄發客戶驗屋通知，3月31日開始驗屋，預計4月15日起開始交屋。 1040324
