其實我倒有一些不同的看法， 如果環境很穩定，建議還是要適時的進修自己， 可以的話不要跟行業的技術脫節， 再可以的話，培養自己的第二專長， 至於穩定的工作到底有多穩定應該要自己先思考看看， 現在公務員都不一定敢誇口說穩定了， 何況是民間企業。 在三字頭的時候或許還穩定，但往後的十年、二十年， 是否依然穩定如昔，這都該好好地思考一下， 君不見多少中年失業， 身上舊有的技術與知識已無法在外面尋求同薪水的職務時， 那該如何面對家庭的重擔呢? 在穩定的環境中應思索著在不穩定的衝擊到來時，應如何應對... 投資自己絕對是最好的方法。 -- 馬拉松比賽，你從後方緩慢地超越了第二名， 那，你現在是第幾名?
