標題[請益] 電腦使用中會突然黑畫面OR畫面定格

電腦才買一年 是開好菜單給原X屋組的 最近電腦在使用時會有用到一半突然沒畫面 但還有聲音(當時正在看影片)的情形 或者 用到一辦整個畫面定格 滑鼠游標不動 畫面也不動 最後只能按電源建重開 已試過將RAM拔下來 用橡皮擦擦金手指 但只有幾天會變比較正常 之後這些情況還是會發生... 請問該如何解決呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 119.14.237.111 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1427551890.A.C7F.html
