不好意思想請問大家 本人公司日前為了符合勞工局的規定，將原本的制度稍加調整，目前有一條我覺得不合理 ，但是公司卻有另一番說法，想請問大家這到底是合理或不合理？ 新頒布的規定：以後休年假，則當月的全勤獎金必須按比例扣除。譬如我本月份休了3天 年假，則我全勤只可以領到2000-（2000휳/30）=1800 公司說法是： 全勤是指該上班的時間有來上班， 該上班的時間請年假，本就不應計全勤 喔！ 我查了勞工局規定這樣應該不合理，懇請大家幫忙解惑，感謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 101.15.48.158 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1428501879.A.561.html
