疑非法開發溫泉井 將罰三二行館

（中央社台北2015年4月8日電）台北市產發局今天表示，三二行館涉嫌違法開挖溫泉井，已經違反水利法規定，將開罰新台幣5萬到25萬元罰鍰並要求業者予以封井。

產發局表示，民眾在下午檢舉三二行館違法開挖溫泉井，立即會同台北自來水事業處人員現場會勘並發現一口疑似未經合法申請水井。

產發局說，經查三二行館所使用溫泉有白磺與青磺，為合法向台北自來水事業處申請供水，但未經合法申請而鑿設水井即違反水利法規定。

產發局說，當下要求業者即刻停止使用並採樣帶回化驗，倘水質化驗結果符合溫泉標準，將依溫泉法第23條開罰5萬到25萬元罰鍰並要求業者封井。
