[問題] 小公司十人出頭 但過半同事年資不到半年

這公司包的還是公家單位的業務 照理來講收入應該算穩定
結果同事裡有超過5人 竟然都是去年底或今年初才來的
除了一二位和老闆比較有關係的核心人物待了三四年
其它人都做不到半年 這有什麼可能的原因嗎？？
