事情是這樣的... 友人為今年剛畢業的新鮮人 面試某家公司時 主管問:你在學校有沒有比較親密的老師? 友人:有啊 班導.....(當下並沒有想太多) 後來也幸運的錄取開始上班 不久後 從回母校的同學 輾轉得知 公司竟然真的打電話到系上問: xxx這個人怎麼樣...之類的問題 聽到當下有種奇怪的感覺 不知道各位大大是否有類似的經驗? 想問大大對於這樣的面試方法有什麼想法阿???? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.113.207
