《各報要聞》DRAM吹寒風，價格恐跌10%

【時報-台北電】韓系DRAM廠去年第4季20奈米世代製程良率拉高，初期以標準型DRAM練兵，第1季新製程產能大量開出，在供給增加、需求減緩下，DRAM市場淡季效應顯現，現貨價及合約價同創16個月新低，元月合約價恐逼近10％跌幅，南亞科、華亞科、華邦電等DRAM廠首季營運看淡。

　　根據集邦科技及模組業者的價格資料，4GB DDR3現貨價上周末跌至3.6美元，不僅跌破去年4月的全年現貨價低點3.7美元，成為2013年9月以來的16個月新低。此外，元月上旬合約價仍在協商，價格尚未完全開出，但業界已傳出宏
