打擊非洲恐怖分子 法再增兵力

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡20日專電）法國總統歐蘭德昨天會晤查德總統德比後宣布，將在非洲西部昔日法屬殖民地的5個國家，再增加部署3000名軍人，協助抵抗日益囂張的伊斯蘭激進分子。

南非新聞網站「新聞24」（news24）今天報導，歐蘭德給予這項增兵行動的代號為「巴克翰尼」（Barkhane），將以查德（Chad）為基地，保障附近區域安全，並再三強調與非洲國家部隊共同維護區域安全的重要性。

查德總統德比（Idriss Deby）表示，非洲安全並非法國的責任，而是全體非洲國家的責任。

歐蘭德此次非洲行已經拜訪尼日與象牙海岸。

上述5個國家除查德、尼日外，還包括馬利、茅利塔尼亞與布吉納法索。2013年法軍曾參與這些國家清剿恐怖分子的軍事行動，且成效卓著。1030720
