阿雅坐月子出關　解禁當大食怪

阿雅日前在美國生下女兒Ava，Ava周一時滿月，在夫家坐月子的她也終於可以「出關」，今天在微博開心寫下：「這幾天很盡情！盡情的外出、盡情的洗澡、盡情的在食物裡加鹽、盡情的吃甜點。也開始每天一小時的散步，接下來要開始用健康的方式盡情的減肥啦！」並po出捧著大盤甜點的照片，坐月子的禁忌一次解放，心情輕鬆不少。

她出門放風大曬美食照，卻不見剛滿月的女兒，新手媽媽之前因女兒半夜哭鬧而睡眠不足，似乎還沒抓到育嬰訣竅，坐完月子先偷閒玩樂，充電過後再回家奶孩子，並力行減肥計劃。（郭妤／綜合報導）
