該股停牌前跌5.8%，報1.46元，成交2,443.5萬股。

該公司遭沽空機構渾水(Muddy Waters)狙擊。渾水報告表示已沽空該股，質疑其2012年及2013年的收入，幾乎全屬另一間公司。報告又指公司最近收購的液化煤公司「北京金菲特」為一個人營運的企業；另外，過去7年每一項新業務都沒有成功。(ta/t)~
