標題[心得] 試用不給薪水

代朋友po的，來分享一下： 朋友在某網拍公司工作7天 第八天打電話請假，第九天跟老闆提離職 公司加班是常態朝9晚8，25k，這個在面試時沒有說(只說不鼓勵加班），沒有加班費，這7天沒有勞保。 朋友打給老闆，問這幾天的工資如何拿，老闆說他第8天曠職，（但是他有打電話請假）然後因為他，公司買了筆電跟書桌。 中間因為朋友疏失，把ㄧ個包裹放在抽屜忘了交給物流，老闆說被罰款了，沒有找朋友討就該偷笑，還想要工資... 說什麼曠職ㄧ天抵三天... 我朋友因為第一次遇到這樣的狀況，沖沖掛了電話，目前打算找勞委會，也不知有沒有效.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.204.120.112 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418212811.A.972.html
