楊金龍：美元將續強

【王立德╱台北報導】歐元兌美元匯率自去年12月中開始一路走跌，昨日晚間終於出現反彈波，一度站上1.13美元兌1歐元價位，不過央行副總裁楊金龍潑了一桶冷水，昨晚表示美元會繼續走強。

台幣緊盯韓元等亞幣

匯銀人士分析，美國確定步上升息循環方向不變，及歐洲央行（ECB，European Central Bank）祭出超乎市場預期的QE方針後，美元長線欲弱不易，因此央行應仍是看好美元長線升值趨勢，資產部位甚至也可能增持美元資產。
楊金龍昨日表示，目前雖然國際金融市場波動較大，但央行一定會維持台灣金融市場穩定。匯銀主管分析，「歐洲央行放錢（祭出QE政策），流竄的熱錢持續往東亞跑，台幣匯價升值壓力也大，不過央行這樣一說，顯見台幣應會朝「動態穩定」升值路線前進。也就是升值幅度介於各主要幣別中段班，且會繼續緊盯韓元等主要競爭亞幣。
昨日台幣兌美元匯率跟隨日圓、韓元匯價走堅，一度升值8.9分，不過尾盤在央行調控下，終場以31.325元兌1美元作收，升值1.4分，兩大外匯交易經紀公司成交量10.60億美元。
