矽品盼未來幾月單月營收衝80億

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2015年1月28日電）IC封測大廠矽品 (2325) 董事長林文伯表示，希望未來幾個月內，矽品單月營收可以衝到新台幣80億元。

矽品下午舉辦線上法人說明會。

展望今年，林文伯表示，今年大部分營收增長，可來自覆晶封裝(FC)和凸塊晶圓(Bumping)兩大產品，今年成長動能看好通訊類和智慧型手機應用。

展望第1季各產品線應用，林文伯表示，矽品第1季電腦應用相對趨緩，通訊類產品持平，消費電子類可微幅回升，記憶體應用微幅下滑。

矽品今年資本支出新台幣145億元，矽品表示，其中覆晶封裝(FC)和凸塊晶圓(Bumping)占比約48%，測試機台占比約16%，打線機台占比約19%，其他包括中國大陸蘇州廠和台灣新廠支出。

林文伯表示，希望未來幾個月內，單月營收可超過80億元。未來幾季只要營收往上走，毛利表現也可持續向上。

矽品去年第4季毛利率攀高，林文伯表示，新台幣兌美元匯率貶值0.1元，矽品營收可增加0.3%，毛利率增加0.2%。去年第4季毛利率上升，匯率有很大幫助。
