標題[問題] 年前被資遣

各位大家好，如果去年3月開始上班，剩一個月就滿一年的話 但因為雇主過年前資遣，所以是否領不到年終且之後也因為勞保未滿一年 而無法請領失業補助金？。 想請問勞保是否可自己全額支付剩餘的一個月 好讓投保滿一年可以請領之後失業補助金? 另外是否必要拿到離職證明書？但離職原因會被寫上"不適任"這樣對之後 找工作似乎有點缺點存在，所以離職原因該寫什麼好呢？ "被資遣確實是因考核成績不佳而遭資遣，但要在離職單寫這樣實在寫不下去阿"~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.230.218.129 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1423048904.A.F18.html
