葡萄牙銀行紓困 避蹈賽國覆轍

（中央社台北2014年8月4日電）彭博報導，葡萄牙紓困聖靈銀行（Banco Espirito Santo SA PT-BES），意味著歐洲主管當局傾向以西班牙解決方式，而不是賽普勒斯，建立處理破產銀行而不致引發市場恐慌的典範。

這次紓困行動對歐盟處理破產銀行的新架構來說是一項考驗。歐盟在一連串可能讓歐元區分崩離析的主權紓困行動中，達成這項新架構的協議。

不強迫沒擔保存戶和其他優先債權人蒙受損失，一如賽普勒斯所要求的，葡萄牙跟進西班牙紓困金融部門所建立的一般模式，帶動葡萄牙股債市聯袂上揚。

在葡萄牙週末紓困後，市場投資人對葡國其他資產胃口絲毫不減。基準PSI-20指數走高。葡萄牙市值第二大銀行葡萄牙商業銀行（Banco Comercial PortuguesSA PT-BCP）勁揚6.9%，葡國10年期公債殖利率下滑。

倫敦貝倫堡銀行（Berenberg Bank）在致客戶報告中表示，「歐元系統性危機已告終。歐元區雖然仍存在問題，但現在有已經上好油的機器在處理。惡性蔓延風險可望獲牽制。」（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）
