業者施壓 Grooveshark永遠關閉

（法新社紐約1日電） 音樂串流業早期領頭羊Grooveshark經過多年纏訟，昨晚無預警關閉服務，引發網友一片哀號。

Grooveshark讓用戶上傳受版權保護的歌曲，惹怒不少大型唱片公司。

Grooveshark官網首頁出現致歉公告，內容寫說「我們近10年前起家，目的是幫助歌迷分享和尋找音樂。但儘管立意良善，我們犯了非常嚴重的錯誤。我們提供大量音樂播放服務，未能向版權持有業主取得授權。」

「這是錯誤行為。我們在此致歉，毫無保留。」

法新社報導，Grooveshark留言說，Grooveshark與3大唱片公司達成和解協議，同意立即停止運作，並將所有獲版權保護作品交給各公司。

Grooveshark是在2006年由3個佛羅里達大學（University of Florida）學生成立，讓用戶免費點播音樂。

由於Grooveshark背後同樣是年輕人創業故事，媒體時常拿來與臉書（Facebook）相比，哥倫比亞出生的創辦人巴雷多（Andres Barreto）有時還被稱為拉丁版祖克柏（Mark Zuckerberg）。祖克柏是臉書創辦人。
