切割臭肉門！日本麥當勞推〝豆腐雞塊 〞救火

先前因上海福喜公司使用過期肉品，不僅中國國內麥當勞遭殃，日本麥當勞和多家企業也受池魚之殃 (詳見報導) ，日本麥當勞除了宣布停售中國進口的雞肉產品，並於今日推出不含雞肉的「豆腐製雞塊 (Tofu Shinjo Nuggets)」。

《MarketWatch》報導，日本麥當勞發言人表示，即日起推出麥當勞第一款以豆腐為主的食品「豆腐雞塊」，由豆腐、洋蔥、毛豆、胡蘿蔔和魚漿混合而成，再壓模成雞塊的形狀，1份 4塊售價249日元。由於不含雞肉成份，口感較軟，卡路里也較低，預計販售至今年9月底。

雖然適逢上海福喜事件，時點敏感，但日本麥當勞強調，這是在中國食安問題爆發之前就有計畫推出。
