遠雄海洋公園環評 仍有疑慮

（中央社記者張茗喧台北2014年7月30日電）環保署今天召開環評大會審查遠雄海洋公園擴建案，由於環評委員對於開發區域涉及文化遺址、地質安全等有疑慮，經大會決議進入二階環評審查。

行政院環境保護署今天召開第265次環評大會，其中一案為「遠雄海洋公園第4次變更擴大開發案環境影響說明書」。

遠雄集團在民國91年曾經申請過類似擴大變更案，後因環評要求進二階環評審查，便主動撤案。

這次遠雄集團將開發面積從原本50多公頃縮小範圍到20多公頃，計畫投入約新台幣50億元，增建空中纜車、水上樂園及旅館等設施。

與會的花蓮縣環保局人員表示，花蓮縣政府堅決反對山坡地開發。

部分環評委員對於大坑遺址、地質斷層安全、汙水、空氣、陸海域生態等方面也有疑慮，經討論決議此案進入二階環評審查。
