烏克蘭總統：明簽東部停火協議

（中央社基輔2014年9月4日綜合外電報導）烏克蘭總統波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）說，目的在結束東部近5個月衝突的停火計畫，將於明天簽署。

波洛申科今天在北大西洋公約組織（NATO）威爾斯（Wales）高峰會議期間說：「明天將在明斯克（Minsk）簽署一份文件，以供逐步引入烏克蘭和平計畫。提供停火的第一個要素非常重要。」

烏克蘭、俄羅斯和烏克蘭分離主義叛軍及泛歐洲安全組織歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）的代表將於明天在白俄羅斯首都明斯克會晤。

波洛申科說，他將下令與親俄羅斯分離主義分子作戰的烏克蘭武裝部隊停火，為執行烏克蘭「逐步和平計畫」鋪路。

他接著說，停火的條件是，如果各方代表明天按照計畫在明斯克會晤。

波洛申科說：「當地時間明天下午2時（台北時間明天晚間7時），如果（明斯克）會議繼續舉行，我將下令總參謀部執行雙邊停火，我們希望和平計畫的執行將從明天開始。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
