烏東衝突區5日停火

（中央社莫斯科2014年9月4日專電）烏克蘭總統和烏東衝突區首領今天先後宣布，莫斯科時間5日下午3時停火。

根據「俄羅斯新聞社」（RIA Novosti）報導，烏克蘭總統波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）今天出席北約高峰會宣布，烏軍將於莫斯科時間5日15時（台灣時間19時）停火。

烏東衝突區的頓內茨人民共和國（DonetskPeople's Republic）首領札哈成柯（AleksandrZakharchenko）與盧甘斯克人民共和國（LuhanskPeople's Republic）的首領普洛特尼茨基(IgorPlotnytskiy)，也在稍早發表聲明。

聲明說，若能與烏克蘭政府達成協議，且波洛申科能訂妥烏東衝突區的協調計畫，頓內茨人民共和國與盧甘斯克人民共和國，將在莫斯科時間5日15時與烏軍同時宣布停火。
