（中央社記者田裕斌台北2015年3月31日電）台灣證券交易所表示，上市公司去年財報除勝華 (2384) 外，全數完成申報。

證交所指出，勝華因原任會計師終止委任，至今尚未覓得繼任會計師，所以無法如期申報。

在第一上市公司方面，42家第一上市公司均已完成去年財報申報作業。
