標題[心得] 某連鎖壽司店道歉文

今天晚上大概8點多有一對情侶來用餐， 在我幫他們收拾桌面的時候不小心把那位男生的筷子弄掉在桌面， 當下沒有多想以為他會再拿副新的所以只說了句不好意思然後我就走了， 過沒多久男生很生氣跟店長說了這件事， 我在旁邊聽到後也馬上去道歉， 為了表示誠意和彌補也願意幫他們付這次餐錢， 但是男生不領情， 我除了說對不起外也無法多做什麼， 在他們付錢離開時男生還是很生氣， 我說了下次會再改進真的很不好意思， 但他也說不會再有下次了， 當下也被店長記點了。 可能在當下我的口氣聽起來不是很好， 我也很懊悔沒有追出去留電話， 但是我是真的對這件事情感到很抱歉， 如果本人或是他的朋友有看到這篇道歉文可以站內信聯絡我嗎? 我想當面親自再道歉一次， 謝謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.246.186.110 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChungLi/M.1427812951.A.DC9.html
