泰國總理請求泰王批准解除戒嚴

（中央社記者劉得倉曼谷2015年3月31日專電）泰國總理帕拉育今天宣布已呈送解除戒嚴公告文件給泰國國王蒲美蓬，待批准後即可生效。

根據泰國國家新聞局指出，帕拉育表示，憲法第44條已賦予政府絕對權力，因此請求國王批准解除自去年5月22日政變所實施的戒嚴法，讓全國恢復原有秩序。

帕拉育表示，憲法第44條賦予的權利，可以取代戒嚴，包括軍方可以沒拘捕令而逮捕犯罪嫌疑人並留置7天等，排除一切危害國家安全及王室制度和經濟發展的威脅。
