陸客自由行 擬要求先保醫療險

（中央社記者陳偉婷台北2015年3月17日電）交通部長陳建宇今天表示，交通部觀光局已與內政部移民署討論修訂「大陸地區人民來台從事觀光活動許可辦法」，中國大陸觀光客自由行要申請簽證，一定要有醫療保險。

中國國民黨籍立法委員江啟臣上午在立法院質詢陳建宇表示，陸客與旅行團訪台旅遊會有強制保險，但自由行陸客沒有。兩岸開放觀光以來，國內旅行社先幫忙代墊的醫療費用近新台幣1億元，也衍生要不到錢的爭議。

毛治國答詢說，這個議題已經溝通很久，中國大陸方面須配合要求旅行社，變成強制性法令，會要求行政院大陸委員會和交通部持續了解。
