（中央社記者張建中新竹2015年3月17日電）太陽能電池廠新日光 (3576) 去年營運持續獲利，每股純益新台幣0.28元，每股將配發0.2元現金股息。

新日光去年下半年因美國新雙反(反傾銷及反補貼)案衝擊市場需求降溫，產品價格滑落，營運由盈轉虧。

不過，新日光去年仍維持獲利狀態，稅後淨利2.44億元，每股純益0.28元；新日光董事會決議，去年度盈餘每股將配發0.2元現金股息。

另為擴大營運規模、償還銀行借款及充實營運資金，新日光董事會同時決議辦理現金增資或現增參與發行海外存託憑證，額度以1.8億股為限。
